In order to conjure the casual vibe that’s often found in California bedrooms, we created this space that’s filled with luxurious neutrals and textures. To get the look for yourself, try adding plush seating, nubby textures, and a bed so comfortable you never want to leave to your space.
We all need to change things up from time to time. Whether you're looking for a change in diet, considering a new hairstyle, or yearning for updated home design, a little change can go a long way to shake of the doldrums. Quickly (and dramatically) change your space and try on a new color palette is an exciting combination like the mossy green and pale pinks in this mid-century modern inspired living room. The new colors will feel like a style metamorphosis.
Comfort was a key factor in design this mid-century boho living room. to create an arrangement that amplifies comfort, we opted for two facing sofas that supply plenty of seating for family and guests. We also chose darker fabrics for the sofas and bench to ensure the room is both kid- and pet-friendly.
Filled with stylish practicality, this rustic blue bedroom with pops of orange makes for a great days' end retreat. Large twin nightstands add an air of stature to the space while their trunk inspired design provides plenty of closed storage.
When selecting chairs for a traditional dining room is good to keep in mind two points. The first one is matching the wood frame with the dining table tone, and the second one is using cushions to soften the look and bring comfort to the family space.
We love this space because it proves a room can be both glam and low-key at the same time. The key to creating this balance is by paring elevated glam materials, velvet, gold, fur, with more simplistic contemporary shapes. Voila, you have the perfect glam space to kick back in.
If you're working with a smaller nursery space, consider buying a circular or oval crib. The absence of corners will save a surprising amount of space while still providing enough room for your little one to snooze comfortably within.
