Small Apartment with furniture Pulling Double-Duty Living Area

Small Apartment with furniture Pulling Double-Duty Living Area

Just because you have a small living room doesn't mean you have to skimp on seating options. By opting for multifunctional living room furniture, we squeezed in a few extra seats. So, not only do you have the sofa and armchair, but the coffee table is an ottoman, which someone can sit on, and the side table is actually a stool. Not to mention you can pull in the barstool from the desk and even use the bed for extra seating in a pinch!

Modern Farmhouse Living Room Dreams

Modern Farmhouse Living Room Dreams

This living room is what Modern Farmhouse dreams are made of. The seating arrangement, with two stunning white sofas flanking the fireplace, creates drama and a true wow factor! The neutral color scheme allows the furniture to pop, and it's all offset by the unexpected but welcome pop of light blue seen in the distressed rug.

Refined Rustic Style: Dining Room Design

Refined Rustic Style: Dining Room Design

Refined rustic is all about using those rustic forms and materials but adding a classic touch. This dining room feels welcoming and comfortable like rustic style does, but has a sense of sophistication with its dramatic floor mirror and muted color palette.

Disney Ride Inspired Office

Disney Ride Inspired Office

When Modsy designer Autumn couldn't go on her summer vacation to Disneyland she took matters into her own hands. By creating this fun office design inspired by her fav ride the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad she was able to get her summer vacation fix!

Seating To Scale

Seating To Scale

A beautiful sectional and two swivels add enough seating positions for this small apartment. Simple lines are perfect for a contemporary style. Black and white tones add a sophisticated touch to the room.

Black, White and Gold: A Minimalist Living Room

Black, White and Gold: A Minimalist Living Room

Notice the simplicity of the minimalist style. Wood and metal arms and legs of the chairs and tables give an open feel to the living room. Straight, clean lines give the living room an uncluttered look.

A Subtle Buffer

A Subtle Buffer

This large master bedroom is fitted with a spacious sleeping area and a complete office nook. While it is ideal to have the work area totally separate from the resting space, we have created a soft buffer in the space with the wide bench along with the window that touches into each zone. This helps the space to feel unified, while also creating a subtle border between the two areas.

Bookcase Styling in a Transitional Office

Bookcase Styling in a Transitional Office

Every office needs storage and a place to display items. In this transitional office, we selected two tall bookcases. Starting at the bottom, we added bulky items like baskets and books. Personality is added by including vases, sculptures, and photo frames. Alternate the number of items per shelf for balance and interest.

Sunset Boulevard

Sunset Boulevard

This sunny seating area mixes modern-industrial with comfort and warmth, resulting in a unique transitional space. Cushy armchairs, black and white decor, and sleek metal accents are the name of the game. The natural light in the space gives life without the addition of overwhelming color.

Transitional Office in Neutrals

Transitional Office in Neutrals

In this transitional office, we went big with circles on the walls for major impact. Notice this collection of circular wall decor are very different from each other in size, form, and color. However, they all work well together because of their shape. The earth tones of the wall decor pair well with the rest of the neutral space in this office making it feel serene, and a breath of fresh air, perfect for inspiration.
