Shipping Policy: Your order will be processed within 2-3 days and shipped Ground Freight with FedEx. In stock orders shipped via Ground arrive within 3-7 business days from the ship date. That’s why we give you 30 days within receipt of your order to return it for a full refund of the original merchandise value. Rug Returns: Our 30 day satisfaction guarantee still applies so long as the rug is in its original condition and returned in the original packaging. Please note we deduct a 15% restocking fee on all returned rugs. Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours completely free of charge. Please note, once items have shipped, they cannot be cancelled but you can still return them according to our return policy.
