Shipping Policy: Your order will be processed within 2-3 days and shipped Ground Freight with FedEx. In stock orders shipped via Ground arrive within 3-7 business days from the ship date. We will keep you updated on your shipment and provide your tracking information as soon as it becomes available. Modsy Return Policy: Your happiness with your purchase is our top priority. That’s why we give you 30 days within receipt of your order to return it for a full refund of the original merchandise value. The Details: All returns must be in their original condition, and we can’t accept items that are damaged, scratched, soiled, or show signs of excessive wear. Custom and made-to-order items were created just for you, and aren’t eligible for returns. Rug Returns: Our 30 day satisfaction guarantee still applies so long as the rug is in its original condition and returned in the original packaging. Please note we deduct a 15% restocking fee on all returned rugs. Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours completely free of charge. Please note, once items have shipped, they cannot be cancelled but you can still return them according to our return policy. Damaged Items: At Modsy, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. But sometimes the universe conspires against us and your items could arrive damaged or defective.
