Neutral Design Does Color

Neutral Design Does Color

This may seem like a contradiction of terms–however some colors are in fact considered neutrals in the design world. Earth tones in particular–such as olive greens, charcoals, terracottas, and saddle browns are all examples of actual colors that feel super neutral because they are so versatile. They tend to lend themselves well to relaxing or serene spaces–because while they do add touches of color, they're muted and subtle.
