Creating Visual Balance

You can always achieve balance with symmetry. Here, we’ve created two columns with the chairs and artwork and brought them together with the coffee table to create an inverted pyramid. The focal point becomes the relationship between the artwork and chairs, with the lamp and coffee table linking them together to create a grouping of objects that feel like they are one space.
