Intimate Conversation Area in Open Living-Dining Room
Share:

Sometimes it can be hard to create a sense of intimacy in an open floor -plan space. The lack of dividing walls can make a room feel cavernous and hard to fill. One great trick to avoiding this is by using a rug to create a zone where your living room will go. Notice how each piece of furniture in the seating area rests on top of the rug? This creates a sense of closed space thus making the area feel cozier.
