Overview

Artist Rachel Pavlic uses neutral bands of watercolor to describe the broad vistas and subtle beauty of central Wisconsin, where she lived for a number of years. Transparent washes allow the white of the paper to illuminate the view creating a sense of atmosphere and space. This giclée print on paper of the original watercolor composition sits on a floating white mat, surrounded by a clean wood frame finished in satin espresso. Rachel Pavilic received her formal art training at Southern Illinois University.
