Streamlined with clean lines and an artisanal handpainted finish, this clever combination of chest, bookcase and desk feels fresh, providing savvy, space-saving storage and multi-use function. ^ Divided in two by a glass-pane cabinet at the top and a closed cabinet at the base, the secretary features a pull-down desk in the middle. Resting on pull-out slider supports, the desktop provides a convenient work surface that's accompanied by three cubbies with drawers. Each secretary undergoes a multi-step process of painting hand-applied by Italian artisans to create its rich grey finish and warm white interior.
