Shipping Policy: This item ships via Fixed Rate Freight Delivery. Large items (consisting of but not limited to furniture) that exceed the weight limits of parcel shipping will be delivered to your home by appointment. Deliveries on average will arrive in 2-4 weeks from the ship date and require a signature. You will be contacted directly to arrange a delivery date and confirm the appointment time once the item arrives in the warehouse and is available for delivery. Modsy Return Policy: Your happiness with your purchase is our top priority. That’s why we give you 30 days within receipt of your order to return it for a full refund of the original merchandise value. The Details: All returns must be in their original condition, and we can’t accept items that are damaged, scratched, soiled, or show signs of excessive wear. Custom and made-to-order items were created just for you, and aren’t eligible for returns. Rug Returns: Our 30 day satisfaction guarantee still applies so long as the rug is in its original condition and returned in the original packaging. Please note we deduct a 15% restocking fee on all returned rugs. Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours completely free of charge. Please note, once items have shipped, they cannot be cancelled but you can still return them according to our return policy. Damaged Items: At Modsy, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. But sometimes the universe conspires against us and your items could arrive damaged or defective.
