Shipping Policy: This is a custom made-to-order item that requires four weeks for production. Upon completion of the order, the item will be shipped Ground Freight with FedEx. We will keep you updated on your shipment and provide your tracking information as soon as it becomes available. Modsy Return Policy: This custom order item is made to order therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours completely free of charge. Please note, once items have shipped, they cannot be cancelled but you can still return them according to our return policy. Made-to-Order Item Modification and Cancellation Policy: We offer a 48 hour grace period for made-to-order items. This means you can make changes to your items or cancel the order free of charge. Damaged Items: At Modsy, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. But sometimes the universe conspires against us and your items could arrive damaged or defective.
