Shipping Policy: Item ships directly from the retailer based on availability on retailer's site. Modsy will adjust both the item price and shipping cost to match the retailer price, including honoring advertised sales and promotions on the day your order is placed. Modsy Return Policy: Your happiness with your purchase is our top priority. That’s why we give you 30 days within receipt of your order to return it for a full refund of the original merchandise value. The Details: All returns must be in their original condition, and we can’t accept items that are damaged, scratched, soiled, or show signs of excessive wear. Custom and made-to-order items were created just for you, and aren’t eligible for returns. Other items that can’t be returned include: -Monogrammed or personalized items -Final sale and clearance items Rug Returns: Our 30 day satisfaction guarantee still applies so long as the rug is in its original condition and returned in the original packaging. Please note we deduct a 15% restocking fee on all returned rugs. Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours completely free of charge. Please note, once items have shipped, they cannot be cancelled but you can still return them according to our return policy. Made-to-Order Item Modification and Cancellation Policy: We offer a 48 hour grace period for made-to-order items. This means you can make changes to your items or cancel the order free of charge. Damaged Items: At Modsy, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. But sometimes the universe conspires against us and your items could arrive damaged or defective.
