Our Monarch dining collection is handcrafted using centuries-old techniques in a modern way. Rare lengths of solid walnut chosen for their beautiful cathedral graining, are united on top with traditional wood-on-wood butterfly joinery without using nails or screws. ^ Seating six, our smaller Monarch rectangular dining table respects the living nature of the wood, allowing it to expand and contract with seasonal changes in humidity. A subtle blend of browns and greys, Monarch's unique shiitake finish creates a fresh neutral tone that mixes well with other wood finishes. A special water-based topcoat is entertaining-friendly with stain- and heat- resistant qualities.
