Overview

Dakota's dramatic sweep of European white oak pales in modern shades of grey, setting an organic, elegantly understated tone for the dining room. Undulating, soft curves sanded smooth follow the tree's profile, exposing natural wood tones and live edge. "Fuming," a technique which reacts with the wood's natural tannins to alter the color without stain, produces the subtle grey tones. The base of the bench complements the seat's organic nature with one built-up leg at each end.
