Overview

A modern mix of style and function, the Livoni dining chair's 1950s design still feels fresh. Made in Italy, Livoni's architectural classic shapes a sling-style seat of white Italian leather that can be tightened/loosened underneath the frame with a unique buckle system. ^ The elegant structured frame crafted of European beechwood combines right angles with curved bentwood arms. Brass rivets accent the leather sandwiched between arm and frame. Due to its innovative construction and use of thick double-layer leather, the chair may squeak a bit during initial use, a sound that will dissipate as the leather relaxes. The Livoni chair is brought to us exclusively by the Livoni company, an Italian firm whose founder, Edoardo Livoni, began producing chairs in his living room in 1895.
