This work revisits a series of paintings that Katherine Sandoz created as part of a relief effort for victims of the 2010 earthquakes in Haiti. Recalling the colors and topography of Port-au-Prince and surrounding areas, she uses broad strokes of saturated color to create an abstracted seaside landscape in tribute to this Caribbean nation
